Rental Equipment

Use the controls below to browse the various categories and daily rental rates for the Audio/Visual equipment available from Gault & Associates, Inc.

PRICES

Delivery/Pickup Service and Technical labor are available.
Such charges are additional and vary by order.
Technical equipment may require a technician to handle setup/striking at an additional charge.
Orders placed for same-day delivery may incur a "rush" charge.
No credit will be issued for unused equipment
Applicable tax will be added to invoice
Prices are subject to change without notice
Shipping by commercial courier services will incur additional charges

RENTAL RATE SCHEDULE

Rental prices are per room, per day unless otherwise agreed in writing
Minimum rental period is one (1) day, Midnight to Midnight
Equipment will normally be setup one (1) hour prior to start time
Weekly and monthly rates upon request

PAYMENT TERMS

With prior credit, terms of Net 30 may be established
All other accounts are COD
Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check, or approved major credit card (American Express, Visa, & MasterCard)
A security deposit may be required

WARRANTY

No warranty is offered unless stated in writing
Any loss, damage, error, or malfunction of equipment MUST be reported IMMEDIATELY or NO credit will be issued. If there is a problem, call as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a late fee of 50% of the full rental price
After pickup or delivery, the full rental charges will apply

LATE RETURNS

Customer will be charged the full daily rate for equipment kept beyond the rental return time.
